stream isn't working .....

Hi .... My sky stream hasnt been working for over 2 weeks now , but i cant find a number so i can arrange for an enginnner to come out . Turned off and on , cables in and out at least 50 times and still no joy. This isnt a cheap serive and i'd like it working if possible ....

PLEASE HELP

There's no engineer support for Sky Stream.

Did you take the necessary action after the 19/20th September general issue with Pucks that wouldn't power up?

Edited: it looks like Sky's instructions on how to resolve this are no longer available, so probably best to call them if you haven't carried out the necessary procedure.

Have you reported the issues to Sky and requested a replacement Puck?

Sky do not have engineers for call out for Sky Stream ... it is a self install and maintain service😉

As @Mark39 mentions, there is no engineer home support for Sky Stream.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link may help.

Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
