Disney no sound

hi all

All my apps on my sky puck play well except Disney

my Disney app has no sound

tried switching off puck and TV at main switch to rehandshake HDMI

tried refresh apps

tried signing out then back in

all other apps have sound just not disney

Any suggestions?

I have thr same problem on my puk

I found changing the sound under setting s from auto to Dolby helps. Sometimes I have to chose other one depending on TV
