Added to Playlist but not Tracking Episodes

Hi,

I have added Battlebots on ITV4 to the playlist on Stream, but even though it is on at the same time every evening, I never get any new episodes,

Any idea why this might be?

In all likelihood Sky don't have the rights to take a cloud recording of the show when it's broadcast on ITV 4 and seeing how the show is also not available on ITv X that would be the reason for nothing appearing on the playlist.

It did used to be available on ITV X but it would seem that ITV no longer hold the streaming rights for it.

Such a technical reason for something that seems so relatively straightforward, especially since the box doesn't error or fail when seemingly adding.

Sky could mandate meta data is carried but programmes whether post broadcast access was possible ... which would address your issue🤔
