Lip sync qs030.528

Hi all with the exception of 5player I had zero issues with sky streams lip sync issue and thought I had got away with it for the last 2 years until the Qs030.528 update released... now suddenly it is appearing all over the place!

is anyone else suddenly seeing this issue? I read somebody had said that this update was supposed to have fixed the issue but I seem to have the opposite!

Hi @ChrisBarnes1981 I had minor lip sync issues but they stopped when I received the QS028 update and have not noticed it with the latest QS030.528

As advised on other lip sync threads try changing your audio setting to PCM or passthrough. TBH when I had issues in the past it was when my audio was set to Auto and I found changing it to Dolby Digital + solved the issue.

Yep that's what I had it set as already, auto would knock it right out of sync.

What type of setup do you have ? Kip sync seems to affect different setups .... are you running a Sonos sound system ?

I've got an onkyo 5.1 system.
on the majority of channels lip sync issue fine but now I am seeing it really bad on a lot of channels

prior to the update I had no issues, nothing has changed in my setup between now and before the update.

Do you have lip sync issues when watching broadcast channels on the Broadcaster's app on your Smart TV?
