Sky Puc not showing live TV or loading apps properly

Sky Puc not showing live TV or loading apps properly (I.e disney+ & prime not showing thumbnails, disney will not play films or shows). It start approximately 2 weeks ago when SKY PUC would not boot, it would show the sky log and then reboot again without loading. I reset the sky puc and it loaded but no luve tv and none of the apps would load (iplayer, prime, itvx, ...) Eventually after several reboots some of the apps have come back but still no live TV or disney+.

Have you tried pulling the plug for a few minutes ? This can sometimes clear software glitches

I have reboot the puc but not a full re-power cycle. I will try today. Further detail: the sky app has stopped working. When I try to play something on sky it says or words to the effect of "the service is unavailable"

I'm still getting this problem.

I've refreshing the apps several time, rebooting via the system menu. I've dis connected the power and left unit for several minutes; still not joy.

Furthermore getting the following errors when try to play sky programmes "Sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available."

Do you have internet on other devices ? Can you confirm your internet is working ...... have you tried pulling the plug on your router for a few minutes ?

Fixed this now.

Reran the recovery procedure in the My Sky app.
