Sky Stream has stopped working, is anyone else having this problem?

Sky stream has not worked today, does anyone know why? I tried to contact Sky using the virtual assistant thing but that is useless (I am being polite!) .

Have you turned it off at the wall for a minute then powered it back on?

Is your broadband functioning correctly?

I will try that, but I have 3 pucks and none of them are working today.

Also try rebooting your router by completely pulling the plug and leaving off for 10 minutes or so

Picture freezes and/or loss of sound.
After turning off and restarting they seem to be working now.
