      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4208955"&gt;@Lois411&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Firstly just turn off the Sky Stream and turn it on again. &amp;nbsp;If that doesn't sort it scroll down the Home page until at the bottom you will see 'Settings' then find 'System management' and then 'Resets &amp;amp; updates' &amp;nbsp;finaly select 'Restart device' &amp;nbsp; It will take a few minutes but will be ready when it returns you to the Home page. &amp;nbsp;I hope either of them work for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
