Some episodes of New Girl seem to be broadcast on the Comedy Central channel - these &lt;EM&gt;should&lt;/EM&gt; play back from your playlist, but any other episodes will only play back from Disney+ if you subscribe to it as they hold the streaming rights to all seven seasons.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Don't do 'Factory reset' &amp;nbsp;Then leave it for a few minutes until it returns you to the Home Screen. &amp;nbsp; See if that makes a difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's obviously the better route to reboot the device now as it saves having to try and access the plug which for some customers can be a problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
