Are you able to provide more information and the community will do it's best to assist. Remember we are fellow subscribers and have no information about what your set up is unless you tell us!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who is your ISP? How is the puck connected? Are other devices working? Have you run a connection check in netflix? (Open netflix &amp;gt; settings &amp;gt; connection check), does you internet meets the minimum requirements? (25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD)? Have you powered off at the mains for a few minutes and tried again?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
