    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 1GB line Sky Broadband Live and. On checking the Netflix speed app, get well over 200mb via WiFi. For no reason I start getting a poor connection with Sky and on checking thr Netflix speed, it's dropped to 4mb.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I then go into &amp;nbsp;Sky settings and reset the puck, I'm back at 200mb plus.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do clearly the Sky system is causing an issue meaning the speed drop. I can't keep reseting the puck every day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really wish I could have had Sky Q!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts on what might be wrong? Faulty Puck?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
