Sky Stream Pixalating

Moved from Sky Q to Sky Stream. Full fibre broadband with av speed of 100. All started fine but after 5 weeks pixelating on BBC/ Prime/Discovery Apps. So much so I had turn off football on prime as you couldn't see it.

Did standard things like turn router off/on, sky stream on / off still doing the same.

The sky stream puck shut down six times within an hour 😳

Any thought ms to remedy welcome?

Do those apps have the same issues on your Smart TV?

@Bern123 Firstly Sky stream isn't fit for purpose, it's a flawed service that should never have been released

It has audio and video issues

Secondly maybe consider joining this thread where it's being discussed

And lastly don't hold your breath, Sky haven't got a clue what they are doing and even less of a clue on how to resolve it without giving everyone capable pucks and not the Fisher Price Temu special tat they've given us all
