      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a activation link on my tv screen but when going to &lt;A href="https://sky.com/activate" target="_blank"&gt;https://sky.com/activate&lt;/A&gt; and login I get an 'oops there's a problem' error message! I have been trying this for a week. PLEASE escalate this or I will take my service elsewhere. This has gone on for a week and it is impossible to get on the phone with sky!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;shocking!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have and I am still getting the 'oops' error message. It's not sky glass it's a sky puck. It didn't turn on last week so I reset it and now it's asking to activate online, when I login I get that error message&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's what I did after one day of trying to activate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
