Can't enter code to link my account to puk

Every time I try to enter code I keep getting a message saying oops error has accoured cannot load page

Me too. Not sure if it's because the whole of the uk is doing it.

I am having trouble getting the sky stream puck to work it would not allow me to view channels normally watched and now it wants me to link my account. Which I have followed the instructions with no luck. Also broadband keeps dropping.

8 calls to customer service. Cannot link account - tells me I have glass? I have streaming.

Web site will not accept code and reset of PUCK not working.

Just useless. They say the issue is fixed in the UK, but then the Indian call centre say that it is not,

All sorted they reset from there end just give them the serial number of the puk that's not working
