4on demand not loading

hello, mother in law has stream (I have Q still)

But her channel 4 app does not go past the 4 icon when clicking into app(image can't be attached due to size.)

I have tried unplugging and plugging back in aswell as 'refresh apps' in the settings but this has achieved nothing.

All other apps work fine and 4OD works on my skyQ at different address.

Any other hot tips anyone has please?

How long between unplugging and replugging?

Fresh apps takes hours rather than mins to complete😉

Ah was only unplugged for 30 secs.

There is another post on this forum about others having the same issue tho 👀

Try the new Restart option in settings😉

Can't say I saw this although not totally ofe with stream as I'm a Q user myself. But will go have another look for her later haha
