Netflix subtitles

If anyone from Sky is reading these, can you find out why subtitles randomly disappear during Netflix shows. This has started happening since Netflix included ads in their standard package. Thanks to the monthly no ads payment to Sky, I don't get these ads. However, I will be watching a Korean drama and the subtitles suddenly disappear and I have to switch them on again. I have a feeling it happens when the programme hits what would have been an ad break.

Thanks for the suggestion but I've tried watching the Netflix app on my smart TV and I don't have the issue with subtitles so it's presumably down to the interface between Sky Stream and Netflix
