      <title>Netflix billing - Sky Stream</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Really hope someone can help with this as i am currently going round in circles with Sky and Netflix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have logged into Netflix on Sky Stream but billing has not switched over to Sky even though netflix basic is included in my package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netflix say account not linked, Sky say I may have an old e-mail address linked to Netflix and there is nothing I can do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky said I should be sent an e-mail to link my Netflix account to Sky and that the e-mail address for my Netflix needs to be the same as my Sky ID which I find hard to believe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I previously had Sky Q which was linked to a old Netflix account and I'm not sure if this is causing the issue but no one seems to have a solution!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I try and set up a new Netflix account on Sky Stream it says I need to contact Sky to upgrade my package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
