Obvious I know but worth asking. &amp;nbsp;If you are watching a program press the red + button or go into the Program guide and select the program you want and again press the red+ button. &amp;nbsp;If you have selected additional playlists for ourself or other members of the family then select which one you want to add it to and press the Select button in the centre circle. &amp;nbsp;I hope one of our suggestions work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest trying a reboot of the puck to see if that helps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Go to Settings&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to System Management&lt;BR /&gt;3. Press Select&lt;BR /&gt;4. Go to Resets and Updates&lt;BR /&gt;5. Press Select&lt;BR /&gt;6. Go to Restart Device&lt;BR /&gt;7. Press Select.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
