Unable to connect TV volume on sky stream remote

Hello, I'm unable to use the volume on my sky remote (sky stream) with my LG OLED TV. I have followed the onscreen instructions and my TV model appears to be too new (it's not on there when I enter the model number). Is there any other way around this so I can use just one remote? Does Sky regularly update their TV models? Many thanks in advance 😊

What model do you have? Mine wasn't listed either and tried a different model number from the list (can't recall which right now - I think I used a 'C' model whereas mine is a 'G') and that worked for me.
