Previously I had sky q with no problems I've now moved to the sky puck and am having loads of issues it conntexts fine and plays fine on the JVC tv but when it comes to switching it on and off is where my issues start they won't turn off on either my remote or my tv remote (yes I am holiding it down) so I'm having to turn it off and back on at the switch then it will work for a couple of goes and then breaks again are JVC tvs just not compatible with this
