Sky Stream is a self install product, you do not get an engineer to set it up for you.

Read the online guide, plug it in to your TV and follow the on screen instructions.

DPD will deliver the sky stream puck to the customer, the customer then needs to setup the puck themselves, much like any other streaming device.

The documentation is available here : https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-stream
