The sky stream puck constantly buffering

our two pucks really struggle to stream anything live (terrestrial TV and sky sports), replays even worse sometime. Must be a wifi issue as our mobile devices also struggle loading basic webpages

@Froome On both puck open the Netflix app, go to Get help and run the connection test, what speed are both pucks reporting?

Minimum recommended broadband speeds apply and might change depending on your package.
