      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to watch different games on Sky Sports + but i receive an error code WGT8 (Texhnical Issue please try later). I have reset my puck to update the software but it still does not work. Any suggestions please??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This problem normally means your software isn't up to date. I suggest:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Switch the puck to standby and unplug from the wall socket.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Plug it back in and make sure you leave it for at least 30 minutes in use, or on standby.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Put the puck back on to standby, and then switch off at the plug. There's no need to unplug from the wall this time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Switch on and you should be on the new firmware.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-WRAPPER&gt;&lt;/LI-WRAPPER&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then try Sky Sports+ again and let me know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I called the support team yesterday and they also suggested updating the software. Having already done that on Tuesday there was little else I could do but unfortunately there was no way of checking as there were no live events on SS+ at the time of my call. Regardless it was working last night so can only assume it took a while for the update to take effect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the responses. This can now be closed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
