Sky Q > Sky Stream Online

Is there any way of switching from Sky Q to Sky Stream online? Currently have Sky Q, and to be honest I'm getting a bit fed up with the issues.

Against my better judgement, I want to swap Q issues for new issues (perhaps 😂), with the benefit of the pucks being 4K for my other rooms.

I've tried to call Sky on 3 occasions now - once I had to leave the queue after waiting a long time, and other times the customer service Operative said it wasn't possible.

I'm not sure I have the energy or time to try again - hence looking for the online option, where I can calmly and clearly select what I want.

@JasonKruys To answer your question - No you can't transfer from Sky Q to Stream online.

The only choice you have to is phone sky

You need to ring Sky tomorrow. They need to cancel your Sky Q to order Sky Stream as Skys system won't allow 2 TV products at the same address and their online system can't currently handle doing the cancellation to allow for the order to be placed.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Thanks all. I'll have to give them a ring next time I can during their opening hours. I'll keep my fingers crossed I get someone that doesn't say it is not possible to switch! On current record there is up to a 33% chance!
