Cannot reset pin

Hi, I can't remember setting a pin so can't reset it.. I've read the various replies on here (last four digits of viewing card, bank account, telephone number etc) and tried all to no avail. Anything else?

Hi @Annabans

What Sky system do you have? Sky Q has a viewing card but Glass / Stream don't. Yet you have metioned them all.

Thanks for reply. I have sky q and had followed the guidance of viewing card. When that didn't work I had tried the other options so came on here. I will try calling them.

Hi @Annabans

You have posted in the Sky Stream board not the Sky Q board. If one of the admins can move your post to the correct board you may get more joy from the guys with Q.
