    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am severely dissatisfied with the service it poor service with Sky pucks money paid often for no programmes. Or interrupted programmes. I read about updating the puck resetting WiFi and did all that I have fast BT Halo &amp;nbsp;WiFi and al other on live programmes work except Sky which is poor poor service. Getting hold of anyone easily is bad as well. 0 out of 10. Will not renew.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
