&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so the issue is likely a wifi or speed issue, on the stream puck open the Netflix app and go to Get Help, run the connection test, what speed is being reported?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
