This happens to me. When wanting to view UHD movies on Sky it brings up a message to change the resolution to UHD.
when viewing the Picture settings it has reverted back to HD.
why does the resolution revert back when it's the same TV.
is it the content that changes the hardware settings???

Hi,

Has anyone found a fix to Sky Stream changing the picture resolution back from UHD to HD? This is when connected to a UHD Samsung tv.

Thanks,

George

Nope. We've got a Samsung QLED and Stream has played very nicely with with it for the last year.

Hi @Gm1992

I've got two pucks connected to two Samsung TVs and not had this issue. But have seen it on a Hisense TV. Swapping HDMI ports resolved it on that TV.

MikeAlanR
