I recently moved from Sky Q to Sky Stream. I did it all on the phone. They tried to push Sky Glass saying it was somehow better (it's just a TV with Sky Stream built-in). It might be if your TV is not very good. But ultimately switching was not an issue.

@Anonymous So your post title and content is seriously misleading, infact what the issue is you can't seem to get past the IVR prompts, not that no one will speak to you.

When calling don't follow any prompts eventually you'll be put through to an adviser
