    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried rebooting the puck to see if that helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your device is on software version QS28:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Go to Settings&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to System Management&lt;BR /&gt;3. Press Select&lt;BR /&gt;4. Go to Resets and Updates&lt;BR /&gt;5. Press Select&lt;BR /&gt;6. Go to Restart Device&lt;BR /&gt;7. Press Select.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't have software version QS28 yet, then to reboot the device you need to turn it off at the plug for 2 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Skysports+</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently subscribed to skystream. I have paid for all sky sports channels including skysports+. However none of the skysports+ channels work at all. They all show the error message "There is a technical issue. Please try again later. Code WGT8." My Internet connection is fine and I've tried refreshing apps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody had similar and able to offer advice please??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help. Unfortunately it has not resolved the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can access skysports+ on my phone through the sky go app just not through the puck/TV.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
