Connection problems with skysport+

Did anybody else have problems trying to watch their chosen match? Justbefore 3pm I tried to watch Harrogate v Bromley and kept being told that it was being recorded. I eventually got into live viewing by about 3:15. By half-time I was bored silly and turned TV off. At 5:30 I didn't have a problem starting to view Wigan v Charlton. As a die-hard Charlton supporter everything was going well until after 88 minutes when the screen switched to a menu saying that my chosen content would start shortly. I failed to get back to watch the final few minutes. How frustrating was that? Luckily Aunty Beeb confirmed the game was over and Charlton had won.

Were these teething problems or am I going to get annoyed with this service?

Hi @Cockneyal,

Given we are fellow subscribers we have no further insight than yourself. I managed to watch the Wrexham game with no issues. However I would say it would be worth reporting your experience to Sky's viewer relations team (email viewerR@sky.uk). They will investigate with the relevant team / broadcaster and they usually feedback.

Let's hope it's just teething problems!

We watched stoke v coventry. There was only an issue when game had finished and picture seemed to stall before rushing foward and catching up. I went into settings and tweaked something.

Other than that everyone has been impressed with it.

I did also find how to delete playlist material.

I watched the Charlton game too and had the same issue. Fuming as couldn't watch the last 5-10 mins.

There's another reply on this thread that gives an email address to report problems like this. I'm going to try it.
