      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have 4 sky streams , one is connected to my router. On all of them continue watching has stopped working,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do I fix it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4147740"&gt;@Darren10202&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Firstly I would reboot the offending pucks by unplugging them for a minute and plugging them in again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that hasn't helped have a look at the "Data &amp;amp; Personalisation" and make sure the toggle for "Enable Product Analytics, Personal Recommendations and Profiling" at the bottom of the page is on (i.e. blue).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To find this sign into your My Sky account and select the small head and shoulders icot (top right) and then select My Details. &amp;nbsp;Data &amp;amp; Personalisation will be one of the options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
