      <title>Sky sent me a defective SKY TV Remote</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not used my SKY TV in 2 months because the SKY Remote stopped working many weeks ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Back then , I complained to SKY and a promise was made to send me a new one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got nothing from SKY for weeks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On Monday after waiting for many weeks I complained again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;This morning I received another&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remote but it was Dead on Arrival!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Remote is not working because the battery compartment has an ashy substance on the batteries.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Therefore&amp;nbsp; I am back to Square, one of not using my SKY TV!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For how long&amp;nbsp; SKY?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why are your Remotes defective???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have had a replacement remote and it arrived next day.
