      <title>Puck freezing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whenever I'm watching "live" TV after about an hour or so my puck freezes and I have unplug it and plug it back in, but then it freezes every couple of minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after a few times I cannot watch what I was watching (says the program is loading then unavailable).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've only had sky a few months and this is really poor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have checked speeds and its over 100, I have tried wifi and ethnic cable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a fix or is the puck bugged?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4147277"&gt;@RobJC18&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Have you run the speed test using netflix on the puck?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Open netflix and go to Get Help, then run connectuion test, this will tell you the speed the puck is getting over wifi&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also when you connected your ethernet cable did you turn the wifi off within the puck settings and restart the puck?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
