Hello all. I have a sky puck and was watching a series I have been watching for a while without any problems, but last night the subtitles were from a completely different program- Project Runaway to be exact, which I dont watch. Today the problem persisted and I tried switching the subtitles completely off but nothing happens. So I switched te puck off for 5 minutes, didnt work. Same thing was happening with another channel, too, a news one. Still Project Runaway subtitles. I then put another series on and its fine. But if I go back to those two other channels, the same problem happens. Dont know what to do. Do you think I should switch the main tv off instead of the puck? This is really annoying! Tia.
