Hi. Just got sky stream today all plugged in and fine. Had itv3 and a music channel on image was great. Then had itv on and the image half way through started flickering on and off for a couple of minutes and then has been fine again. Everything is newly connected and using the hdmi out the box so brand new. Could it be the internet connection dropping below what is needed? Think it may be between 25-28 mbs. Catch up like bbc and itvx over wifi is fine on the tv doesnt have any problems

If your internet is about 25-28 mbps that is likely the problem. The minimum recommended speed is 25-30 mbps and if you have other devices consuming the internet at the same time that would consume some of the available bandwidth.

Stream uses about 8 Mbps of available bandwidth in HD.

I bought Stream when the recommended speed was 10, which is actually fine if Stream is the only device using the connection.

If you have a lot of other devices connected and taking bandwidth then Stream may struggle so Sky now recommend 25 to allow for "normal" home usage.

Cannot comment of actual bandwidth used for UHD.

We had the same so must've been a Sky issue, not the puck.

It was abit of a rush getting stream to be fair, was meant to be getting q but needed a new dish and to run cables round the back but as its next doors garden she wouldnt allow access for the work to be done so quickly changed it sunday after engineer visited

We've got Stream in the living room, Glass in the bedroom, with full fibre. Had it for 5 months and it's never missed a beat. In fact it was a shock when it glitched last night, so glad to see it wasn't just us. 😉
