My sky streaming keeps buffering. My wifi speed is poor, but sky says ut is ok.

Ignore Sky. If your WiFi speed is poor then that is why you are experiencing buffering.
What speed is the puck receiving? Use the network check on the Netflix get help menu. Anything less than 30Mbps will cause you issues.

@My+mike it's possible that you're WiFi connection isn't stable or is suffering from some interference. Try connecting via ethernet if you can. Also, be aware if others in the house are also using the internet for data heavy applications, it could affect the speeds your getting at the puck in bursts which could lead to buffering
