@Chanunwin You are not contacting Sky customer servioces, this is a customer helps customer community. No one can or will call you on the back of a forum post.

If you require help you'll need to post what yopur issue is.

For us to offer any help, rather than you having to call anyone, lay out on here exactly what problems you are having with your Sky Stream.

With most problems, we should be able to help, solve or point you towards some further help if needed.

When you talk to the autobot and it suggests sending you a link for further help say NO ... or you'll just end up back on the Sky Discussion Community😟
