Do you mean it gives you that error but then you try again and it works? Or do you mean it's not working at all? Have you tried powering off your puck for a few minutes at the mains? Have you checked your puck is connected to the internet? Is live TV working? Who is your ISP?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remember we are fellow subscribers on the forum.
