Apple TV Plus completely knocks all TV off

Hi all,

I have Sky Steam. Wherever I try to use my Apple TV Plus app it completely knocks all my Sky TV off.

I've tried resetting the puck and a factory rest and software update.

Any suggestions?

@Robin146 I'm afraid you'll need to provide more details. In what way does Apple TV know sky stream off?

Is your Apple device turning the puck off, or just changing the HDMI input on your TV?

Do you have a Glass TV or Puck?
