53 I am with limited dexterity in hands. Every time I turn over on sky stream please enter code! Sick of it bloody sick of it! When contract over I'm done. Sky should be able to turn this crap off. If they told me 1stly I wouldn't of bothered with Sky never again!

Permitting users to remove Mandatory Daytime Protection is specifically forbidden by the Broadcasting Code: Sky has no choice but to apply it on channels carrying post-watershed rated content before 21:00

That's my point! Nowhere does it say that unless put in small print somewhere obscure. I was never told about it on subscribing. If so I wouldn't of bothered. Our government through a gwango saying what we can watch & what time we can! Don't counter with well the kids are protected that's a crock because there parents give them the pin anyway!

Mandatory Daytime Protection dates back to the moral panic when 'foreign owned' satellite television arrived at the end of the 1980s: that was about fifteen Governments ago...

Have you considered changing the pin to an easier to enter number such as 3333?

Is the size of the remote part of the issue ... Sky can supply a larger accessibility remote😉

As they are complying with government regulations they don't have a obligation to mention at point of sale

The rules apply to all because there is no legitimate way of knowing which households have under 18s or not
