    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same thing happens with me. I was watching iPlayer and the football and it suddenly stops playing and then the puck turning off. Apparently it's an issue with my broadband provider. My speed is 500MBPS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also just had it on Sky sports main event watching the cricket. It just froze and didn't do anything. I had to swap channels and go back&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How is it connected to your hub?&amp;nbsp; What speed is the puck/Glass TV getting?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Go the netflix app, get help, run speed test.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need at least 25mbps for HD &amp;amp; 35mbps for UHD, anything less than that and these issue will occur.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
