Hi the movies etc won't download and play and channels are missing, only 4 music channels showing etc. also can't find radio channels at all

Music can be accessed via the music apps ... and radio via the radio apps😉

Thats correct, only the MTV music channels are currently avaiable on the Sky streaming platform since Channel 4 closed The Box music channels last week. There are plenty of music related streaming apps instead including Amazon Music, Spotify and Vevo on the platform. Vevo itself has several live streaming music channels.

Radio stations aren't on the streaming EPG. You need to use the radio apps to access the radio stations e,g (Global Player, Radio Player or BBC Sounds).

Hi thanks for reply.

didn't know about the music channels are they all still available on q? I've recently changed over and they was loads on there.

When I try and play a movie it just goes to a black screen nothing is happening. They was playing fine when first went onto stream. Thanks

The ones mentioned have closed permanently from all platforms.
