Spinning circle

Each day when I switch stream on I get a spinning circle in the bottom left hand corner of the tv with a message saying please wait, but nothing happens. If I switch the stream box off and then back on everything works as it should. Anyone any idea why this happens. Thanks.

In the settings make sure Networked Standby Mode is ON and Overnight Powersaving Mode is OFF.

This should prevent the stream puck from disconnecting from your network when it's in standby. It can take a while for the network to "wake up" when the puck is turned on.
