Sky Stream Samsung TV Soundbar issues

Hi I have managed to get the sky stream puck connected to the TV and controlled by the one remote where you have to connect as SKy SD not Sky Q and input the model number for the puck

The TV has a one connect box and sky is on hdmi 4

The soundbar is connected fine on the earc port

However as soon as you turn off the TV the Stream Box can't be recognised you have to run the diagnostic on the TV that changes the resolution back to 1080 and it then displays

The soundbar also doesn't restart despite the TV showing the soundbar on hdmi you have to cycle round the options again

Any ideas!!!!

Check your CEC settings on the TV
