      <title>'Updating software' stuck at 0% on</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two Pucks in house. Both suffer from the&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;"There is a technical fault with this programme. Please try again later" problem, on some channels but tonight every channel affected. Powering off pucks and router for 15 mins didn't help, so I tried the recovery process below on one of the pucks.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;On your Sky remote, press&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;4&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;and&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;6&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;together for three seconds. This will reset your remote.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Switch off the Sky Stream puck at the mains again. There's no need to unplug it.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;standby&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;button on the bottom of the Sky Stream puck.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;4.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Keeping your finger on the standby button, switch the power back on at the mains and wait 10-15 seconds until you see the LED lights&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;flash different colours&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, then remove your finger.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Important&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Keep your finger on the button until you see the lights flash.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;5.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Let the Sky Stream puck complete the recovery process. This can take up to 15 minutes, depending on your broadband speed.&lt;BR /&gt;6.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Switch the Sky Stream puck back on and follow the on screen steps to set it up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;So that seems to have been a bad idea, as now the puck boots to an updating software screen but doesn't progress. After 10 mins it will land on a screen with message to reset remote then press continue. If you do that the next screen advises to contact support and displays a reboot button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions very welcome, thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
