I have sky tv with one puck, I was recently told by sky that my broadband wasn't reaching the speeds I pay for so I could end my contract early, so I'm now with ee for my broadband. Can I still receive the sky tv side and have ee broadband I want to buy more pucks but don't want to if I can't use my sky tv with ee

@Julie20071 wrote:

I have sky tv with one puck, I was recently told by sky that my broadband wasn't reaching the speeds I pay for so I could end my contract early, so I'm now with ee for my broadband. Ideally you need a minimum of about 30Mbps for a single puck but using more pucks at the same time will suck bandwidth quite quickly. If you're on a fast 150Mbps+ FTTP connection then you should be OK though.

Please be aware too, that you can't 'buy' pucks from Sky any more - they are always now loaned to you but you need to pay an activation fee of £39.95 per additional puck. You can purchase pucks from third party sellers from places such as eBay, but you run the risk of buying one which was not previously returned by a customer and Sky may deactivate it.
