Hi out tv keeps stopping as if pausing then going again. Very annoying and happens on all of the TVs but not all the time. I have videos it.

Sky Stream relies entirely on you having fast and stable broadband in each room you have a puck.

The pucks will freeze, stutter, and crash completely if the broadband connection becomes too slow or is interrupted or is susceptible to interference.

Give each puck a reboot (either via the settings menu or by turning it off at the wall for a minute) then check the broadband connection to each one. Do this by opening the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.
