My sky stream remote wont reset

My sky stream remote isn't working. I have tried pressing 7+9 and nothing working. Please can someone help

Is the remote lit up and powered? You haven't stated if you are a new stream customer or if it was working previously. If your a new customer open the back of the remote and make sure all of the paper tab has been removed from the battery compartment. Also try giving it a gentle twist in both hands life you were wringing out a cloth.

Failing that you will need to speak to Sky and they will send you a new remote as Sky Pucks are under warranty. (We are fellow subscribers on the forum).

Hi there sorry . Yes I am a sky stream customer. I have had this since February and worked fine until last night when i noticed it wasn't working properly. Buttons are mixed up. No numbers are working tried all the different combinations to reset but nothing has worked. The light comes on

If you have tried all the help in the Sky help article below and its still not helped, you can order a replacement remote online. At the bottom of section 5 of that article, click on 'No, I still need help' and then click on 'get in touch' and it will provide the onlien form to get a replacement mailed to you. You need to sign in at that point with your skyid;
