      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4101338"&gt;@RebeccaBurke&lt;/a&gt;The following usually get your puck reconnected with the internet. &amp;nbsp;Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To help stop your puck from losing the connection in the first place go into the&amp;nbsp;Settings &amp;gt; Start up &amp;amp; standby menu and make sure that the option for&amp;nbsp;"Networked standby mode" to &lt;STRONG&gt;ON&lt;/STRONG&gt;. &amp;nbsp;I would also turn &lt;STRONG&gt;OFF&lt;/STRONG&gt; the overnight power saving at the same time..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
