Trying to watch football on BBC and ITV using Sky Stream but screen keeps on freezing or giving me the message 'Please wait for your program to load'. This has happened a number of times over the past few days.

no problem with broadband as download speed very good.

Hi @Stuart69

I've not experienced any issues. I have a glass 4 pucks working of wifi. Broadband speed is only part of the story. The connection between your Puck and your router is just as important as between your router and your ISP. However you do need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD for each puck.

You don't say who your ISP is or what router etc, but most ISP routers try to do channel management automatically, so may have been fine for a while and then all of a sudden changed. The best thing for stability would be to use ethernet connection or homeplug or modify your router settings to use a static channel. You can check the speed you puck is getting via the connection test in settings within the netflix app.

MikeAlanR

Many thanks for the response. I was getting around 420 Mbps at the time of the issue (SpeedSmart test using IPhone) via Sky Broadband. Router is in the same room as the tv.

The issue seems to have gone away over the past few days.
